Based on the error message above, it would appear that the printer's firmware is not compatible with my router's technology? I am supposing that this new technology is not backwards compatible with older devices? I am currently using WPA2-Personal for my network encryption. I am 100% confident that I am entering the correct Network Security Key (password) to connect printer to network. If the error displays when a correct passphrase is entered, then the printer firmware might not be compatible with the PMF technology and a firmware updated is needed. The error displays after entering the WPA or WPA2 wireless security passphrase for your printer. When attempting to connect the printer to your wireless network, an Invalid Passphrase error displays.
